Calls Blocked since18sept till 03Oct, paymentDone

Hi

no response from 8ta since the last time i posted the mail below, its the 03 Oct today and my service are still not restored since 18 Sept and no answer from 8ta.

I have 2 cellphone under 8ta contract and they are both blocked since 18 september but payment was made on the 13-Sep-13 NUDEBT TELK500572597W130913 -1544.9, even today i tried calling the 180 number but no one can help, on the 18sept i called their call centre number and explaining this and asked to speak to the account or finance department since payment was made, i spoke to Dumisani Gumede who said is the team leader, and told me that 8ta does not have the number for accounts and i should wait till their system updates and no senior person i can speak to.
i am very angry behond what words can describe, i keep getting horrible service from 8ta over and over
i am out of the phone since 17 september till today 26 september and still no number to dial for help or person to contact for help.

Telkom mobile also call themself 8ta, they have provided me with no service and no contact details to get hold of them when you need help
