On Sunday 29th December I went to 8ta Telkom Mobile Wonderpark to do a sim swop, because I have lost my phone. The lady wasnt very polite and told me there is not a option on the system to do a sim swop. I insisted that someone else helped me another lady came and capture info on the system and told me I must wait a few hours for al the detail to get uploaded ect. After 3 days I call the callcentre they informed me the lady at the branch capture the details wrong, they need to do it over. I went back to 8ta Wonderpark she reload the data and told me it will take a couple of hours untill I can start using my phone. Another 24 hours passed I call the call centre they inform me the lady at the branch was suppose to delete the previous sim that was loaded incorrect. During this time I went back to the Branch in Kollonade call the call cente over and over they just informed me everytime the techinical departement is busy working on my case. I have spoken to the team Manager on Sunday 5th January to inform them I use this contract for Business I cannot phone clients, clients cannot contact me I am losing money and I am going to sue them. Today 06 Jauary still no feedback from 8ta.
