BAD SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN!

Sunday 29 September 2013 my Samsung Galaxy S4 was from my bag at Pick n Pay Hyper Atterbury. I reported the incident to telkom call centre and I was told they cant block my phone without an IMEI# but they can block the card. I called them again with the IMEI# then on Monday 30 September I went to the nearest police station to open a case of phone. Tuesday 01 October I then went to 8ta toffices in Menlyn to report the incident will all the necessary documents, to my suprised they dont offer insurance on ther devices and they failed to mention that 2months ago when I took the contract with them. Im suprise that they cant even try and trace a divice like that using this IMEI number, they just have no interest in helping me but I will still be paying my contract for the next 21 months. Their service is just plain poorfrom the call centre to their walkin offices. I regret the day I ported my number and took their contract.
