Dear all, Even a simple sum for Neotel seems to be a huge obstacle.
Deducted from our bank: 31 May R334.56 1 July R481.14 31 July R470.82 31 Aug R511.94 = R1'798.46
The contract we signed up for R148 x 4 months = R592.00
Total mathematics: R1'798.46 - R592.00 = OVERCHARGED AND TO BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY R1'206.46
Neotel accounts comes up with: R239.63 (must be USD and not Rand?)
Neotel does misleading sales, breach of contract ext.
REPORT NEOTEL TO THE NATIONAL CONSUMER COMMISSION IF HAVING SERVICE, BILLING AND CONTRACT PROBLEMS OR EMAIL: [Email Removed]
Please make a brief summary of your complaint which will be handed over to the DTI. We have consumer rights! The Sunday Times had an article two weeks ago about service providers in SA and says 'we could take action', however they don't do anyting unless we stand-up. In Nigeria some providers known in SA as well got hefty fines for bad service delivery ext... the Consumer Protection Act should not stay a dead letter!
