I have had it with Neotel bad consumer service they cannot help a person at all each agent tells me a story they cannot help and pass me on. 22 minute call to get know where at all.
My understanding of the service would be that I would be capped. But all the months I have been charged over R2000 in charges . when I call in they say I have used the data. But I was told that it will be capped.
I called into day get service on the web portal but I was set from pillar to post for 22 minutes. I therefore will get an alternative provider to give me service. I regret the day I applied for Neotel products.
