Good day.

I registered as a Momentum Multiply member last month. No one told me I should send a copy of my ID to them in order for multiply to be activated. And I called client services a few times. When I eventually got this info, I sent my ID to the given email address. When I phoned back once again, the person on the other end gave me a different email address because that address works better. Now because of all of this, I could not register at Virgin active as of yet, because no client service member can tell me when my email will be attended to. I expect better!
