DISGUSTED ONCE AGAIN

I AM REPORTING THIS MATTER FOR THE 2ND TIME NOW AS THERE WAS NO RESOLUTION TO MY 1ST REPORT. I REPORTED MY FAULT LINE THAT HAS NOW BEEN DISCONTINUED., I WAS TO RECEIVE A LETTER AFTER 30DAYS GUIDING ME ON A WAY FORWARD BUT TO DATE NOTHING HAS COME IN THE POST. THIS MATTER HAPPENED IN MARCH AND ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND NO LETTER. I WAS LIASING WITH PALESA MOJI WHO IN MY LAST EMAIL TO HER TOTALLY IGNORED TO RESPOND TO ME. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW YOU CAN EXPECT ME TO HAVE PAID FOR A SERVICE AND THEN GET CUT OFF JUST LIKE THAT. IS IT BECAUSE WE ARE IN A TOWNSHIP BECAUSE I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT IF THIS WAS IN THE SURBUB, THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED AGES AGO. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER JUST LIKE ANYBODY ELSE AND WOULD EXPECT THE SAME TREATMENT. FUNNY OR SAHALL I SAY ANNOYINGLY LAST WEEK I GOT AN SMS SAYING THAT MY FAULT HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I CALLED THE FAULTS DEPARTMENT BECAUSE I COULD SEE THAT THIS WAS RUBBISH AND WAS THEN TOLD THAT I WAS DISCONNECTED. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE COME UP WITH A SOLUTION TO THIS BECAUSE I NOW HAVE TO HAVE A NEIGHBOUR CHECKING UP ON MY MOTHER WHO IS SICKLY AT HOME. I NEED A RESOLUTION URGENTLY PLEASE.
