I am disappointed with MTN, my Sim card has been blocked and i cant get hold of them for my puk for a week now. i tried logging on to my MTN active account, but i can not log in. the E-mail address, or cell phone numbers don't match. i only have one e-mail address and one cell phone number i could not have used anything else. i tried calling 083 1808 and get cut off or get an automated response the number doesn't exist. i get hold of 173 prepaid call center and they put me through to 808. I am now holding for 2 HOURS with no response. I call 083 123 7679 As per the website for customer service. I press 2 to go through a call center agent and the call cuts off every time. I don't know what to do. I am an IT engineer by trade and i cant phat-om how these processes are set up. My contract is ending early next year and Vodacom is looking like a better option.
