I submitted a cancellation request for my last remaining MTN cell phone on the 11th, and was given Reference Number 97875352. On checking the status of the query yesterday, the call is still open, but I have received no response from MTN. After holding on for the call centre for /-10 minutes, I sent a follow-up e-mail message to [Email Removed] the only e-mail address I can find on their website. I received a Read Receipt, but still no response from MTN. How do I actually go about cancelling this account, which is no longer on contract!?
