I got a Samsung S4 and did not take insurance on it as Samsung has a the e-warranty. My phone got damaged and I took it to the nearest Cell C dealer due to them being my service provider, booked in my phone and today I get an sms stating that I have to pay for the repairs. According to me this is covered by the Samsung warranty. Phone the call centre and I get told that they can't even see this phone on any of my contracts?? How is this even possible, do they not do paperwork at all? After this I get told "I suppose you then have to take it up with Samsung" It is ridiculous that service is a luxury these days.
