After approaching my bank for a loan they informed me that i owe Neotel R5000. after an enquiry i found out that there was id as i never even had any dealings with Neotel. i ask my manager to send the details on my behalf, that was November 2011. they requested an affidavit and id copy (certified). i sent it in and they assured me, in writing, that the account has been closed. i approached my bank again not long ago just to find out that i still "owe" Neotel money!?! i don't know what to do and who to beg to sort this issue.
