With my recent cell phone upgrade, I had to choose between the 3 top smart phones ie Samsung S4, Nokia Lumia and Sony Experia. I chose the Samsung based on the ADH Warranty which cover 2 incidents (water and/or screen damage) per 24 month period. However when I took my phone for a screen repair within the appropriate time frame, I was told that this ADH warranty does not cover the Samsung S4 LTE model. Why was this not explained to me when I purchased the device. The cell phone companies are not made aware of this and now I am without a working phone with no way of paying cash for the screen. I specifically got this model phone because I wanted some kind of guarantee. Please can someone explain this to me???
