Sent my Samsung S2 in to CellC (under contract) because it was in a ForceClose loop - a common error apparently if you look at reviews. Now they want to charge me R2200 for a new mother board because its outside of warranty. I'm not paying you money for nothing - is the plan to charge the customer but getting Samsung to do it for free? 100% profit on that deal apparently. What a poor joker CellC is - Samsung have a 2 year warranty and I still have 2 months to go. I want my phone back from your ridiculous repair centre before the end of the year so I can have my phone repaired. Ref: CLC990958.
