We're horrified at the atrocious service given to us by Altech Autopage. We ordered an upgade from them 3 weeks ago, with all our documentation completely 100% correct with clear instructions. We mentioned that we wanted a white handset in both the letter as well as the email (the typeface was also made bold so that it stood out from all the other wording). Yet, they sent us a black handset. Since then we've tried calling May (the one who placed the order for us) who seems to have vanished. all her colleagues who answer the phone say she's busy and will call back. Its been 2 weeks and still nothing. No replies to emails, no calls returned. No one else there can help - all they say is that they'll give her the message and she'll call back. yet to happen! It was entirely her mistake, yet she hasn't made a single effort to correct it, let alone apologise. Disgusting service from Autopage! They need to send their staff for much-needed training in communicating with clients.
