I've tried soooo many times to get my account reconnected after it was handed over to your legal department, after I've paid off all outstanding Monies as confirmed with MTN themselves. I called in and asked for a re-connection numerous times, they said that they will call me back and after a month still nothing?? Is this bad service or what? Well it's definitely NOT GOOD service, What can I do to get my number/ account reconnected after I paid off ALL monies?
