My Top TV was reconnected on the 22/03/2013 without my consent. My service has been disconnected the 1/42013 because of the outstanding amount of R55 for the day that Top TV reconnected my services. I called them to query this and was told they will reconnect it, and fix the R55 outstanding amount. A week later my Top TV has been disconnected again. I called back once again to find out why. I was told that the admin department cannot rectify this and I need to pay the outstanding amount before it gets reconnected. I never received any call from Top TV to inform me about it. I called Top TV five times on the 17/4/2013 to request cancellation of my Top TV. I was told by Leigh Wales that he will personally make sure that it is cancelled and I asked him about the payment that was mane on the account would it be refunded to me. He advised me that he will follow up and give me a call back on the 18/4/2013 by 13:30 to give me feedback, if I dont Carol Wessie would be able to assist. Today is the 22/4/2013 and I still have not received any feedback from them. I called today and Leigh and Carol was busy to take my calls. I spoke to Chester and he said he will follow up on my request.
