I bought a Samsung Galaxy Chat at Jet Mart two weeks ago, the next day it kept on losing network connectivity I have to restart the phone four to six times and day. My husband took the phone to the MTN Midrand repairs center, I got the phone back the same day they said they did a software upgrade. The very same night that the phone came back I had the same problem. The phone was taken back to the same repair center on Monday 9 September, I got it back yesterday, three hours later the phone did the same thing and they told me that they replaced the board. I don't want this phone anymore! The point of me buying a phone was to stay connected with my family and clients, I run a small business with this phone, but I'm never reachable due to the network connection loss of the "new phone". I need a permanent solution which will be a new working phone since their solution have been a dismal fail thus far. MTN as a Service Provider have failed me and my small business, they are currently not a Service provider!
