Terrible service and incompetence

I reconnected my DSTV on the 11th November onto the access package, was told by the consultant Nobuzu Zulu that i only had to pay R 65 for the month. Two days later i was disconnected, i called call centre again on the 18th Nov Ref: 145313539 and was told to pay an additional R 50 reconnection fee as i was meant to pay this on the 11th, i was then reconnected and i paid an additonal R50 (reconnection). Two days later disconnected again, called the call centre 18th November Ref: 145567604 Jubumila reconnected me and said there where no amounts outstanding. Today 21st November i have been disconnected again for the third time???
DSTV consultants are incompetent and just don;t care, every time i have called it takes 20min to get reconnected, i'm fed up with DSTV and the lack of service absolutely disgusting! Now DSTV can call me at their cost.
