Account paid in full but messages state i owe

I am very much disturbed by the lack of customer service there. I got a message that my account was in arrears and surprisingly i had already paid my dec (for Jan) account. The call centre agents inform me that i didn't pay for Jan. I paid my account on 27.12.2013 and they actually confirmed and reconnected me after i had paid the reconnection fee. All correspondence was sent to Sicelo Zwane and he actually assured me that the money had been allocated to my account. Honestly if i hadn't paid how then was i reconnected? I am sick and tired of sending e-mails back and forth, not to mention the amount of airtime i have spent calling multichoice. I have already paid for Feb (paid on 25.01.2014 and i don't owe Multichoice anything for the month of February. I have emailed my proof of payment (once again) to Susan Miya and if my account gets reconnected, multichoice will have to be responsible for the reconnection fee. May someone sort this NOW as i risk having my account disconnected today.
