I have a contract with vodacom which i have only been able to use 3 times in the last 2 months due to the most pathetic service i have ever seen there accounts department is eager to take your money but when it comes to support they are none existent. my accounts is paid up to date yet they cut my service. After cutting the first time i had to call them numerous times to get it reconnected after they reconnected it it only worked for 3 days. Since then i have called them over 10 times to which i am told to speak to accounts which is unavailable. I switched from mtn to vodacom which seems like the biggest mistake ever. In the event of an emergency i will be completely stranded which has been the case. I will never recommend vodacom to any one else. So much for advertising service anywhere.
