I would like to make special mention about a fantastic employee at the MTN Black Berry Stand inside the call centre at Century City, Namely, Mr Ferlin Andrews, Ferlin is such a hugh asset to the company as he is always prepared to go the exra mile. I have gone into the shop on many occasions in desperate need of assistance with my Black Berry whether technical or my ignorance as to know how to use certain features. I have been using his assistance over the past three years and with his permission already contacted him after hours and he assisted me over the phone to sort out my problem. He has always remembered me and called me by name even before I could tell him who I am. He even sen t me a birtday wish, which was totally out of the ordinary. His friendly service and polite style of communicating with clients while I am at the stand is exceptional. He is a "multitasker" of note and really is an employee to be proud of. I managed to find out what his manager's name is Katrina and her email is [Email Removed] It is so easy to complain always about poor service but seldom one hears of good services rendered. I feel it very necessary that this individual be praised.
