I received a black berry z10 as my upgraded phone and after two days my phone stopped working I reported the matter to a cellc store in menlyn and was told that the is nothing they can do and then they told me to go to a blackberry store I went to a black berry store and was assisted there unfortunately they told me its an OBF I then went to cellc store to apply for an obf was told to call cell 084145 and I was immidiately assisted with that but I still have the phone now today is the 7th day and I still have the phone I have non other means and when I call cellc all I get is there will be someone coming to fetch the phone but still no help and assistance am I gonna be billed for this phone that is not working please let me know what do to...
