Failure to resolve problem

This is on behalf of my mother.
She loaded airtime via EFT meant for her Vodacom self top-up account and accidentally made the wrong selection of service provider. I attempted to get in touch with Telkom and could only reach them via their facebook page. Here the communication and response i received from them..

I made a mistake when I purchased Vodacom airtime via EFT.. instead of selecting Vodacom as service provider, I selected Telkom. The reference i received on my Standard bank payment invoice is as follows.. (PRE-PAID PAYMENT TO TELK PREPD 000200023000240614).. the amount involved is R200, my contact number is 0828838331. I requested my son to do query on my behalf. Mrs A Coetzee

Hi Mrs Coetzee, unfortunately there is nothing we can do, you have to sell that to a person that is using Telkom prepaid to recover your R200.^ML

This is NOT an acceptable response and i want this to be resolved..!!

PS: The acc number given below is her cellphone as this the number for the loaded amount.
