Hi, I had an upgrade on my cell phone in December 2012. I took a black berry 9320 including the BIS service for 3months. Ever since the contract was switch over on the 2 Feb 2013 I haven't been able to connect to my BIS at all. I have called the call centre and even spoke to the technical department and they keep telling me the same thing to take out the battery and and and and. To date my service is still not up and running even though I tried everything they advised. Try calling to speak to someone in charge then they are always in a meeting and will call me back. Never happens. I am so annoyed with this company for there lack of Technical support and that you cannot speak to the same person cause you constantly have to repeat yourself and no-one can fix the problem.
