ADVISE WHOM YOU ARE MARKETING FOR

I was phoned and offered uncapped internet for R199. The operator (I think) did not speak very clearly and I was not told that the amount did not cover an ADSL line which I would still have to pay to Telkom. There was a reference to other services (Rescue Box, Safety Box and SOS Squad). Which as far as I am concerned, I declined. A couple of days later, my bank account had been debited with 4 debit orders.By that time I had phoned to cancel everything but was told that I would have to contact the other 3 companies myself.
At no time was I told that 3 other companies were involved in this debacle. I was under the impression that when I phoned to cancel, EVERYTHING would be cancelled and my money refunded. Mweb did refund me their portion fairly quickly and after several e-mails and phone calls, 2 of the other companies have refunded my money. i am still battling it out with Rescue Box (who say that I agreed to their service (though why I would have declined the other 2 and agreed to theirs, I don't know)
I feel that it should be made very clear by Mweb that there are other companies which they are marketing.
