My account has been incorrectly debited. I was called by mweb to change my subscription to a 1mb uncapped ADSL line and to remove the Telkom line from Mweb. On the 30 Sep 2013 I was debited 449 (MWEB INTERNET: 39467760). This amount is far greater than the R199. I have already Hello Pete'd for a previous incident, which I was called to inform myself that the issue has been resolved yet I'm still having problems. I am becoming frustrated with the level of incompetence within Mweb. I expect my money to be returned to my account immediately.
