Voicemail Delivery Notifie

Yesterday I called 808 to have my voicemail activated to nofity me when there have been missed calls and voice voice messages left in the event of the device being switched off. Initial call, I was referred to 1555 who then transferred me back to 808, when I spoke to Busi she had no idea what I was talking about because she said she was gonna ask someone on the floor who had a similar phone. She kept me on hold forever and then ask me what error message I was getting on my phone. my issue is not how to set up my message delivery reports but a rather an automated delivery notifier that gets offered by the service provide. She then kept me on hold for another 10 minutes of which eventually my battery died and she never bother to even send an sms solving my problem.
