I am about to sue your accounts department in failing to cancel a requested number and contact (0723858553) after paying in the due amount. I was told 48hours and the line would be inactive but yet I find out 4 months later my father (who was then paying for the contact) is still being charged!
This is unacceptable and tomorrow morning first thing, Vodacom Northgate will hear about this. That is branch that handled my phone and New contract paperwork and procedures.
Be ready for a fight.
