Never in my life have I received such atrociously disgusting service. I am highly disappointed in the manner in which Vodacom CC staff. I think your QA system needs to be reviewed. Never I have I dealt with such misguided arrogance in my life. I I spoke to Menzi who is so rude i from the joburg 155 data centre and I spoke to a Team leader named Deliah I received no assistance regarding my account. Nobody can explain what is going on regarding my account query. I need for someone to explain how I got charged R1000 for data. I want to know when it was used, which device it was used in because that sim card was in a VODAFONE that uses no mms or internet functionality just sms and calls. I also want to know why no one could assist me with this query and why your consultants think that it is good customer service when they call back and on the second or third ring they cut the line and want to flash " I called the customer back card "
