Really disappointed - MTN
I sent a request to cancel my contract with MTN on 08 August 2013. They replied with a confirmation email the matter was being attended too. On the 20th August 2013, a debit of R291.08 still goes off. Numerous mails and calls were made to MTN and they keep on saying the matter is being escalated. All I keep getting is reference numbers for the calls I make but the contract is still active.
1st email from MTN:

There are numerous email sent after this but sadly I'm still being billed and the contract is still open.
I would like MTN to simply cancel the contract and refund me - IS THAT DIFFICULT.
