Cancellation of contract

Good Day
I have received a call in February to extend my contract. I refused to extend and asked how I go about cancelling my contract.
I was advised to email my name with my ID number and cell number to [Email Removed] which I did 21/02/2013 and Felicia Mekuri cc my mail to [Email Removed] .
I emailed [Email Removed] on the08/03/2013 and again 22/03/2013 to get a reply on the 22/03/2013 with an order number for expiry of my contract 04/05/2013.
Since then I have had no reply.so I called into the call centre dialled 180 and spoke to Seitibaleng Tladiyandi who advised my I was advised wrong to cancel my contraqct. I asked how is that so if there is a cancellation email I was given. She said with attitude she would put through a request to cancel
I asked I would like my contract to end 04/05/2013 as per 24 months of the contract, she said she could not guarantee the contract to end as I should have called 30 days ago.how can it be my fault if I was advised by 8ta with communication on email to cancel. Why is it my problem my request was early as feb and I want it cancelled 04/052013 no excuses.

I deserve better service as i did everything as advised.
