I've been trying to cancel my contract since April 2013. Phoned them to enquire what to do. Sent the email cancelling the contract as I was told to do. I got billed in June. They confirmed the request to cancel is on their database but the contract is still not cancelled. I've visited them 3 times this past week with no success. I produced the email showing the request and still nothing.
I don't know what else to do and will be billed again for July.
