Come on Please help

I have asked and asked for someone please to come out and check my signal in the house, i have customers phone and as soon as they start talking the signal disappears.
I then have to use landline to phone them back.
The signal at the front of my house is better than all signal anywhere, but this is a pain as between the office and running outside the call is dropped.
In order to use 119 you have to go in and write the number down and then dial 119.I know from you guys that the signal is not going to be 3G, but please let me just use the phone on edge.
Please send somebody to the house and check the signal here and not some guy who has a map of areas where there is no 3G.I just want signal.
We run 3 businesses from here and this is really pathetic.
You have promised a tower nearby, however that does not seem like a priority, instead of spending money on adverts that are false spend money on towers so that you can deliver on your so called TV promises.
