Cancellation of contract

Hi. Please advise long does ity take to cancel a Cell C contract. As per the National Credit Act a contract can be cancelled with 7 days. I cancelled within 1 day and still have not received any confirmation from Cell C confirming that the contract has been cancelled. I have this contract with Cell C Direct 084 145 option 2 on the 20th February 2013. Emails sent to the [Email Removed] are read but not answered.. Once again --- Good morning

Please cancel the above mentioned contract with immediate effect as per my discussion with Lebogang Sefako at Cell C Direct (084145 option 2). Reference no:
13022000002336066

I cannot access the internet via the Nokia modem ime 353773040351848.
The error I get is Network unavailable, no network coverage.

Lebogang has arranged pick up of the device from my residential address 319 Major Street Noordgesig 1804 (cnr Major street and Summer
street)

Please confirm receipt of my email instruction and advise / confirm the cancellation of this contract.
