Disgusted with MTN's lack of after sales service

On 8/08/13 took my BlackBerry to MTN Longbeach mall for repair. It was freezing, dropping calls, handset getting hot. Consultantant booked phone in, said it would take 2 to 3 weeks & they would contact me. After hearing nothing, I phoned MTN on 30/08/13. Lady at shop kept me waiting while she went to check if my phone was there. She told me my phone was back at the shop but not repaired. She could not tell me why or what was wrong. Told me to phone Technical/Repairs & gave me a number. After a frustrating phone call to Gugu at MTN centre, she could not tell me what the fault was with my phone or help me in anyway. Said I had to book phone in again - I don't even have my phone so how the can I book it in! I insisted to speak to a manager, she promised me I would get a call back before end of the working day - what a joke I am still waiting. A few days later I phoned head office (reference 103722983) and complained I still have no phone and can't find out what is wrong. This lady said a manager would contact me. Still no phone call. I went to Longbeach mall MTN store on 1/09/13 & complained again. Still no joy. MTN is quick to take your money but their after sales service
