Was at vodacom outside the mall in somerset west there care center were I book my phone in for repairs the 14th of December 2012 for only 2 things my volume butten and the mute butten that must be repaired so after 2weeks they call me it wil be R450 so I said yes go ahead so I wait for them 3weeks goes by still wait for them to give me a call to let me know that my phone is done I go there my self so they say sorry sir your phone is in jhb without me knowing they send the phone away 4weeks later they phone sorry sir the cost of your phone is R650 so I ask them y 2 qoutes they told me cause they have to repair other staff on the phone 5weeks go by in the shop again speak to the manager Charl he say sorry sir but I wil have a look at it and we wil repair the phone for you for free still waiting on them and they qoute me a again of a price of R437 7weeks still waiting they gave me a loan phone after me complaining by them and yes my phone was still under waranty my 1 frined gave her phone in last week after 3days she got a brand New phone from vodacom s/west outside the mall ther care center he I am still waiting for mine.
