MTN SHOPS BAD SERVICE

On 19 May, we upgraded one of our contracts at MTN Direct Centruion and got the new Z 10 Blackberry phone. Arriving home the phone handset speaker was not working, Working Heidelberg we went back on day 7, 25 May 2013, and explained to them that the handset was not working (according to the contract MTN must exchange the phone). The lady at the counter took the phone to the back, came back and said the found nothing wrong. Arriving at home the handset speakers was not working, now it was already 18H00. We went back day 8, no technician no manager, off-line, one of the sales ladies checked the phone and agreed that there was definetely something wrong with the phone. TOLD US TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. WE we went back day 9 the Manager did not want to exchange the phone, took the phone in to be send away to be checkout, day 15 still no feedback. Today 02 June 2013 we went in to the store because they dont answer the phones on weekends according to one of sales ladies. Spoke to Sales People and Managfer and explain that we need the new phone. He told me not to point him. Secondly when I REQUESTED his manager's name to report him, his reply was no. A customer in MTN recommended HP
