Very very bad setvice

My cell phone went in late May for repairs and was told it will take - 3 weeks. Thats fine. I go to MTN longbeach and chat to Ricardo to find out the status of my repairs late June. He phones Rtt Johannesburg where the repairs are who tells him that my phone was sent back on the 10th June along with others and the vehicle was hijacked and all phones. RTT didnt advise the store and the store didnt follow up until i asked them to. I was told that I would receive a new phone. Each week since then i have been going to the mall to find out when my phone is arriving and was told RTT is working on it. 2 weeks ago i am told they are sourcing a phone of the same make. Last week I am told they cant find one. They offer me another make which I agree to Recardo tells me RTT will courier the phone to the mall last Friday. I enquire Monday where my new phone is. Still nothing. I enquire again today if my phone had arrived only to be told by Ricardo that RTT had not sent it yet and they dont know when they are going to send it. Its been over 2 months now. What the is the hold up. Rgds JJ
