I received a call at 8:30 on Thursday morning from Shaun, who after numerous requests from me for him to confirm that he was indeed a Telkom employee calling from Telkom, and not a third party sales company, blatantly and said that he was.
After telling him that i had dealt with SellDirect and turned down that offer, he Spoke of them in a third person, saying that Sell Direct was the only company outside of Telkom that was able to offer the New LTE Packages. But that he was indeed calling from telkom as a telkom employee.
Fortunately, i have already spoken to a Telkom store who assured me that i can come and get a contract directly from telkom.
This Consultant, This Company, SellDirect is lying to clients to get the fee.
