Return of my Blackberry 9382

Towards the end of November 2012, I sent my phone for repairs to Foschini in Vangate mall as it still had a gaurantee. The phone was purchased in July 2012, after four months, the menu button stopped working that is when I decided to take it for repairs.

I gave it to the lady by the name Claudia who is apparently responsible for cell department at the store. She told me that the phone is going to take six weeks to be fixed and that when the phone is at the shop I am going to be notified telephonically.

After eight weeks of not hearing from her I decided to give her a call enquiring about my phone. She tells me that she was away for a week and that she will contact the cell phone repairs place to check my phone. She promised to get back to me but she did not get back to me instead Im the one who bothered to phone regarding my phone.

This has been happening for the entire four momnths, I mean the entire four months and to date I have not yet received my phone. I am very much disgusted by this as I do not know what is happening with my phone. I want these people to please return my phone as soon as possible as Im in need of it.
