Vodacom Rewards Company Deception

Vodacom Rewards Company phoned me two months ago offering a new contract replacing the current one I already have, the lady I spoke to said I've been paying between R700 - R900 per month & they want to reward me by giving me this 'new contract' where I wont have to pay more than R690 EVER AGAIN!! I asked her are you sure no more than R690, she said YES! Asked her if I will be receiving a new phone or number, she said NO I keep the same number! Sounds pretty good so I took the deal. She mentioned I will have to pay an activation fee which I agreed to. A week later I receive a box WITH A NEW (SIM) NUMBER!!! Also I paid R700 for my current Vodacom number AND R206 EXTRA for my new number (Top up 315) so now I'm paying R900 per month for the last two months for my current number & a dam sim which I never agreed to & don't use!!! I have phoned Vodacom countless times, been put through one call centre to the next & in the end got no where!! I was deceived by Vodacom!!! I have been with Vodacom for many years but I am so disappointed by their pathetic service. I want them to listen to my recording but NOBODY in the dam department is able to help me!!! Vodacom rewards company are LIARS!!!
