Bad Service on 079 884 3092 Activation

I took out a new contract with Vodacom on 02/08/2013 through their online service. The consultant informed me that I could take out a new contract as Top Up 135 did not count as a contract, and they would carry over my current number to the new contract. On 06/08/2013 I was informed I had to take a new number on the contract as Top Up 135 is a contract and a contract number could not be converted to another contract. After much fighting Vodacom pulled the phone calls with the consultant and they agreed to carry over my current number to the new contract. This would take place on 10/08/2013. Today, 12/08/2013 the contract is still not working and Vodacom is giving a lot of excuses and are not able to tell me when the manual activation will take place. I am VERY, VERY tired of all the nonsense and excuses provided by Vodacom. I just want to be able to use my new phone and contract for which I have now been waiting more than a week. I have escalated the query, but the online after sales department supervisor is unwilling to speak to me directly.
