Still no service from Vodacom!!!

I reported a complaint last week and still have not heard from Vodacom. The rewards company decieved me into signing up for a contract, Top Up 315, sending me a new sim card, which I did not agree to!! I specifically asked if I will be getting a new number and the lady said no so I was happy as I didn't want a new number. She also said i wouldn't be paying more than R690 a month for my contract, but now i'm paying R700 for my current number and R206 extra a month for a dam contract i didn't agree too and don't even use!!! I phoned Vodacom countless times to cancel this contract and i've been put through to one call operator to the next to actually get NO WHERE!!! This is unacceptable and total deception on Vodacoms behalf, your staff are incompetent and promise things which are not true! Listen to my recording - this is the second time i have reported on Hello Peter within a week, Vodacom did phone and said they saw my complaint and are investigating and would get back by Monday which has already gone by? But i haven't recieved any call back??!! This is pathetic! This is a confirmation that Vodacom don't take my complaints seriously! They only R206 extra a month of my money!
