Business contract phone was last night. There is absolutely no way to speak to an operator at night. When phoning from a Telkom line one is asked to verify your yebo number TWICE via many voice-prompts at "0831808/809". And please don't tell me to phone 808 from a MTN phone. If I get my way then there will be no MTN phone on our house any more. I could have had a SAPS case number by now, to repair my car window, if it weren't for your shocking lack of service. I still don't understand how MTN can be so highly rated on the JSE with your shocking service.
