Paid but was deactivated!!!

I paid my MTN account on the 27/08/2013 but got blocked anyways. i have been corresponding with MTN Bayside from the 2nd of September already with no luck what so ever. i was promised that they will contact me with updates as to what is happening with my account, but getting no joy out of them. i have gone into the MTN Bayside shop on the 3rd with proof of payment and gone back on the 5th with no luck as to what is going on and what went wrong. i paid an extra R400 on the 5th so they can activate my account because i am loosing business if i don't have my phone on me in working order 24/7. i have also informed them that i want my pone activated with immediate effect. NO JOY... I also informed them that i will not be paying another installment at the end of September due to the fact that i have made 2 payment in 1 month. and if they Barr my phone again i will get my lawyer involved. it is the 6th and my phone is still not activated. Promises promises. if it carries on i will take my business elsewhere and tell everyone i know about the service a person gets from MTN
