We applied for 2 x galaxy S4 phones about 3 weeks ago, the sales agent (Christopher - I think it was) said it should take about a week for phones, I then also spoke to Kurtly who said phone should be there this week, 21 days later and still no feedback (they had the white phone and then gave it to a different client), It was said that Cell C will be the gutters in about 6 months at this rate I now understand why that comment was said, if I dont get feedback by Saturday 07/09/2013 I will be cancelling those 2 contract applications and taking it to Vodacom. It show's that that store manager/owner is not in control, how on earth can an application be waiting for 3 weeks? If you cant deliver why is it so difficult to inform us and then we can move on to Vodacom. For tracking purposes these are the cell phone numbers 0844203844 and 0844155959, I am a very loyal client but with this service I don't see the need to be loyal anymore.
