Bad Service and misleading customers

I got debited by Cell C for an amount of R475, and then R299 the following month. i do have a data contract for the amount of R119 per month. On Monday 02/09/2013 i called and was told that my discount has not been loaded and they will escalate the case. got my reference number and was told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours.

Wednesday 04/09/2013 i did not hear anything from them yet and decided to call again. explained my problem and the lady who was helping mentioned to me i must just wait until they get back to me since they have not yet reached their 48 hour period. I explained that i called Monday morning and that its already the end of Wednesday which means they should have gotten back to me. Eventually she told me that their 48 hours consists of 48 business hours, ie 8 business hours per day which means 8 8 8 8 8 8=48 hours. This meant their turn around time is 6 days. i asked for a manager and she refused to let me speak to one and said her manager is on lunch. i asked for another manger and was told she is busy. I was asked for my number and told a manager would call within a hour.2 days later and i have still not heard from cell c. disgusted at their service
