Contract deactived and was paid!!

Hi my father has an Cell phone contract with cell C via Altech Autopage in Cape Gate, he decided to take out a second line for myself... on the 4th of September my father paid a payment into Autopage bank account of R1610.00 as was told to use his cell number as reference.since the payment was paid and is showing on the account info under his cell number the second line is being deactivated and showing an arrears amount just over R1200 I spoke to a Tandi on Thursday night that saw where the problem is left a note and reactivated the second line, Yesterday (09-09-2013) the second line was again deactivated and my father when to the branch as was informed that the paid will be allocated, and the second line was reactivated again... Today 10-09-2013 the second line was ONCE again deactivated and when i called I was informed that they cant activate the second line as the arrears amount was just to high... I the consultant what happen and I have advise that its not allowed to reactivated and that she could lose her job... So My line has been deactivated 3times and every time myself and my father is being told the that they can see the payment and yet the account is deactivated! 0610691875
