I paid an amount of R280.00 on the 23rd August 2013 and payment went through withouth hussle, scheduled same payment to go through same date in September, on my statement ref showing is meeurhof lodge so 965876 and payment according to me went throug.i phone the person being paid and i am told the payment for last month didnt come through, shocked i phone the call center and im told that the payment has not been handed to the desired place i was paying as i used a cheque instead of savings. more shocked now, ask myself from when capitec having cheque accounts. that was nothing until im told that they payment need to be reversed back to my account but im gonna be charged 90 penalty and it will take 7 working days, my trip is next week and i need that payment to be paid into the correct account. To my suprised i was told that i made a stop order hence the refernce number so..so that makes me wonder if all the reoccuring payments i scheduled are going through to the right people... can someone tell me when the payment is handed to the right place..and should i be charged or billed a penalty fee please close my account with immediate effect
