Extremely bad customer service

I have taken a contract from 8ta bb 9630 after 3 months it broke I had sent it in received a amsung courtesy phone and still paid for bis a service I could not use for a month .then I tracked my phone dwn Winni said I should pick up a brand new headset from the store when I went there they said they dnt do that I queried with her again she denied stating that I then spoke to her manager elwan had stated that customers are aware they do not receive their phones back but refurbished ones customer service is really poor as no 1 can assist and it costs a fortune to try tro get any feedback as the store and customer service can't help. I was under the impression that 8ta would be a good provider being well established due to telkom.
